3. Delivery Zones

We ship exclusively to the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

We do not ship to:

  • BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses
  • Channel Islands or Isle of Man (outside UK VAT territory)
  • International addresses outside the United Kingdom

4. Delivery Time Breakdown

Our total estimated delivery time is the sum of two clearly defined components: handling time and transit time. All timeframes are in working days β€” Monday to Friday, excluding UK public bank holidays.

4.1 Β Handling Time

Handling time is the period between when you place your order and when we dispatch it to our carrier. We process and dispatch orders on every working day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel in real time.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation email within 2 working days of placing your order, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.

6. Duties, Taxes, and VAT

All prices on eshop-dynamoplus.com include 20% UK VAT. There are no additional customs duties, import charges, or hidden fees for any UK delivery. The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay β€” nothing more.

As a French-based retailer shipping to the UK, we handle all customs and VAT obligations on your behalf. You will never face unexpected charges at your door.

7. Failed and Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our carrier will leave a notification card or send you an SMS or email. You can then:

  • Rearrange delivery for a more convenient date
  • Redirect the parcel to a neighbour or safe location
  • Collect from your nearest carrier depot or collection point

If the parcel is not collected or redelivery is not arranged within 5 working days, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange re-dispatch free of charge, or issue a full refund if you prefer.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

To report a problem:

  • Email eshop@dynamo-cycling.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • For damaged items: include photographs of the outer packaging and the product.
  • We will investigate and respond within 2 working days.

We will offer either a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method β€” whichever you prefer.

Your statutory rights: under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within the agreed timeframe. You are entitled to a full refund if we fail to meet this obligation.
